Ortus PSR referral scheme:

The referral process is really simple… but does come with some important T&Cs. 

Submitting the details of the person you recommend to jobs@ortuspsr.co.uk  

The introduction must include:

Your full name

Your phone number

Your email Address

The referrals full name:

The referrals phone number

The referrals email Address

The position they would be interested in: i.e Paraplanner

The referral reward

Once you refer someone to Ortus PSR, if they are successfully placed by our business and stay in their job throughout the rebate period you will be rewarded with vouchers of choice up to the value of £500.

We work out your reward as 5% of the value of the placement fee.

Referral criteria:

Referrers will only be eligible for the reward if they have emailed the complete details as highlighted above

Only when the referral itself is the source of placement will the award be made, i.e. direct apply, or direct contact from a candidate is not a referral.

There’s no limit on the number of referrals.

Referrers will not be eligible for the reward if the individual recommended is already registered with Ortus PSR

If there is more than one referral for an individual, the reward will be given to the person behind the referral which directly leads to the placement.

Rewards can only be claimed if the referred candidate is placed in a role. Until then there will be no payment entitlement.

There’s no limit on the number of referrals as long as they are made via our referral form in order to be eligible for the Vouchers.

We can only accept referrals for people who are already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.

To qualify for a reward, your referred individual must be placed within 12 months of their registration.

Should a placement be made, we will contact you to discuss your reward.

Rewards are paid quarterly and only after the candidate has met these T&Cs.

In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.

Referral rewards will not apply:

Until the referee is placed in a role

If the referee is already registered with Ortus PSR.

The referee applies directly for an advertised role

Ortus PSR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
