Responsibilities:

Support senior advisers in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial planning advice to clients.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, managing queries efficiently and professionally.

Conduct detailed fact-find meetings and analyses to ascertain client needs, goals, and objectives.

Assist in researching and creating personalised financial planning reports and proposals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, legislation, and compliance requirements.

Ensure accurate and compliant client records are kept using our CRM and internal systems.
Requirements:

Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent.

Prior experience within an IFA or financial planning environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
