Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you’ll oversee the paraplanning function to ensure it operates efficiently and aligns with our high standards of client service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of paraplanners, ensuring professional development and performance excellence.
- Streamlining processes to enhance team productivity and ensure FCA compliance.
- Collaborating with financial planners, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-quality client reports and solutions.
- Monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive, proactive working environment.
