Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with para-planners to deliver clear and actionable advice, ensuring clients achieve their financial goals
- Present lifetime cashflow forecasts, demonstrating multiple scenarios to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their financial future
- Deliver detailed financial plans and suitability reports that outline regulated recommendations
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing ongoing advice and conducting scheduled reviews throughout the year
- Meet prospective clients to assess their financial needs, offering bespoke solutions that align with their objectives
- Provide technical expertise to support team members across the firm and nurture key professional relationships
- Foster strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring continued trust and satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For:
- Chartered Financial Planner status (CII or equivalent) with proven experience advising high-net-worth clients or 5 years Paraplanning experience with expeirnce of attending client meeting
- Strong knowledge of investments, tax planning, pensions, and cashflow modelling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships
- A proactive, client-first mindset with a focus on delivering clear, practical financial advice
- A collaborative approach, eager to contribute to a positive team environment
