Key Responsibilities: As an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of client service. Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing client reports, valuations, and financial documentation
  • Efficiently onboarding new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Managing and updating client records on CRM systems
  • Handling client queries and liaising with financial providers
  • Supporting advisers with administrative tasks to ensure the business runs seamlessly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in IFA administration or a similar Wealth Management role
  • Knowledge of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, and bonds
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a strong attention to detail
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work well in a team
