Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service, with the customer always at the heart of everything you do.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently and provide ongoing support to existing clients with their financial planning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, financial advisers, and paraplanners within the team.
  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Contribute to team projects and help improve internal processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a financial planning environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, working as part of a team, and continuously improving processes.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to grow and develop professionally.
