Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding team at a National IFA firm as a valued member of our team.
As the point of contact for client queries, you'll be responsible for providing a first-class service to both internal and external parties. You'll work closely with product providers and be responsible for all aspects of general office administration, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
The salary range for this role is £23,000 - £28,000. You'll also benefit from 25 days of holiday (with additional days for length of service), plus Bank Holidays, Birthday Leave, a Holiday Purchase Scheme, Life Assurance, Pension, and Corporate Eyecare. You will also be provided the opportunity to study for your CII exams and these are fully paid for.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients both verbally and in writing
Processing new business and preparing client review packs
Arranging client meetings and managing the adviser's diary
Handling illustration requests and maintaining accurate client records
Back-office support and ensuring all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm's procedures
Taking phone calls, inquiries, and requests and handling them appropriately
Any additional reasonable responsibilities that may arise due to the nature of the business
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm is essential
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads and excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential
Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the ability to produce concise business correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
