Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
  • Assist in preparing client review packs, reports, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Manage client files, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and compliant.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of policies and investments.
  • Support advisers with diary management and scheduling client appointments.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems (e.g., Intelligent Office, Adviser Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
