About our client:
My client is a highly reputable IFA practice based in Harrogate with a well-established family brand name. Their mission is to provide exceptional financial advisory services to their clients, and they are now ready to take their expertise to the next level in the City of London. With a strong track record of success, they are looking for a driving force, Managing Director / Head of London Division, to lead their expansion into this new territory, by building a dynamic team and attractive client proposition, creating a successful High Net Worth (HNW) / Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the London division, with a focus on HNW and UHNW clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Advisers to ensure top-notch service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a personal book of clients while actively expanding your network and revenue.
- Drive the growth and recognition of our brand in the London market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the financial industry, ideally still advising and managing your own book of clients.
- A strong network in the City of London and experience in managing a successful team of Advisers.
- A track record of achieving growth and success in a competitive financial services environment.

- A "golden handshake" bonus equivalent to 1x revenue payout on year 3, with the opportunity to receive it again upon retirement (includes growth).
