The Role

The Paraplanner will work closely with 1–2 Financial Advisers and contribute to delivering first-class financial planning support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed research and providing technical assessments.
  • Preparing lifetime cashflow models, financial plans, and suitability reports.
  • Participating in client meetings and offering clear, actionable advice.
  • Managing complex cases and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring all work is compliant and reflects high ethical standards.
  • Contributing to operational improvements and team success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications: Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning (mandatory), with advanced qualifications or Chartered Financial Planner status highly desirable.
  • Experience: Similar technical role within financial planning.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
