Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Financial Advisers by preparing client review packs, supporting paraplanners with suitability reports, and other critical documentation.
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
- Liaising with product providers, clients, and colleagues to facilitate smooth processes and resolve queries.
- Overseeing and improving administrative workflows to enhance efficiency across the advisory team.
- Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance across all administrative activities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator, with a strong understanding of financial services and FCA compliance.
